Online Store Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for making sure the parts you order are compatible with your bike before purchasing.
Product Information
We do our best to display product descriptions, photos, prices, and fitment information as accurately as possible. However, product details, availability, pricing, and specifications may change at any time without notice.
Most EmotoCrew parts are intended for the Tuttio Soleil 01 unless stated otherwise in the product description. Fitment may vary depending on axle size, brake setup, rotor size, sprocket setup, and aftermarket modifications.
Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, or inaccurate product information.
If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is processed.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. EmotoCrew is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, or events outside of our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Installed, used, modified, scratched, or damaged parts are not eligible for return.
Installation and Use
Some parts may require tools, adjustment, or mechanical knowledge. Customers are responsible for proper installation and safe use of all products. If you are not comfortable installing parts, we recommend having a mechanic or experienced rider install them.
EmotoCrew is not responsible for damage, injury, or issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, racing, stunts, crashes, or unsafe riding.
Third-Party Brands
EmotoCrew may sell parts intended to fit certain bikes or models. Brand names such as Tuttio are used only to describe product compatibility. EmotoCrew is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tuttio unless clearly stated.
