Returns & Refunds Policy

At EmotoCrew, we want you to feel confident ordering parts for your build. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Uninstalled

  • In its original condition

  • In the original packaging when possible

  • Free of scratches, damage, wear, or modification

Items that have been installed, used, ridden with, scratched, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts

  • Used parts

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Items damaged during installation

  • Items damaged from riding, misuse, or incorrect fitment

Fitment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for making sure the part fits their bike before ordering. Most EmotoCrew parts are intended for the Tuttio Soleil 01, but fitment can vary depending on axle size, brake setup, rotor size, sprocket setup, and aftermarket modifications.

If you are unsure whether a product will fit your bike, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we will help make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. EmotoCrew is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process if eligible.
