At EmotoCrew, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during busy periods, product drops, supplier delays, or high-demand items.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 1–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Larger items, such as wheel sets, brake kits, or oversized parts, may take longer to ship due to size, handling, and carrier availability.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. If EmotoCrew is running a free shipping promotion, eligible orders will show free shipping at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout if tracking is available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. EmotoCrew is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our direct control. If your package is delayed, contact us and we will help look into the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
